⭐ COMMISSION TERMS – ENGLISH VERSION ⭐PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• Payments are accepted only through PayPal or Ko-fi.
• Full payment is required upfront. I will not start your commission until the payment is received. BUT :
For commissions over €50, you may pay in two installments, but I will only finish once the full amount has been paid.• You may request a full refund only if I have not started your commission yet, or if I am unable to do it.
• If I have already started working on your commission, I may offer a partial refund, depending on the progress made.
• No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed.
REQUIREMENTS & REFERENCES
• Please provide a clear description of what you want (for example: bust, half-body, full-body, rendered, etc.).
• You must also provide clear visual references of your character (reference sheet, drawing, or image).
• If no visual reference exists and I must design the character myself, it will be considered a custom design and priced differently.
• I may refuse a commission if the character makes me uncomfortable, is too complex, or if you are disrespectful.
WIPS & REVISIONS
• I will send Work-In-Progress images (WIPs) at the sketch, and you'll need to ask if you want a flat or not before I start the render. You can ask a wip for the coloring and rendering.
• You may request adjustments during these stages. Large changes may require an additional fee, especially after the sketch phase.
• For painted backgrounds, A first sketch and the beginning of a render will be created. Once approved, I'll send you WIPs as they're completed, but I won't be able to modify what you've approved. One minor revision is available (minor details..)
• Once the illustration is fully completed, I will not make further edits, except for small adjustments.
DEADLINES
• I aim to complete orders within approximately one week to one month. Smaller orders will be delivered more quickly.
• If you want priority on your commission, a rush fee of 15% of the total price will apply.
POSTING & CREDIT
• I may post the finished artwork on my social media unless otherwise discussed.
• You are allowed to repost your commission online, as long as you credit me clearly.
USAGE RIGHTS
• You are purchasing the right to use the artwork for personal purposes only.
• Commercial use is not allowed unless we discuss and agree on a separate license and fee.
• You may print your commission for personal use (shirts, posters, etc).
• You may NOT:
– trace, alter, edit, or claim the artwork as your own
– use the artwork or WIPs to train, feed, or imitate using AI
– use my art to help sell or promote a character or design
🌿 DESIGN & ADOPTS
• Do not sell a design received as a gift or one that has no original monetary value.
• If one of my designs is copied, traced, stolen, or too similar to an existing design, please contact me immediately.
• You may resell a design only if you paid for it, and not for more than the original price.
• Breeding with my designs is allowed only if you ask first, and the resulting designs may not be sold.
• You may slightly redesign the character, but please contact me beforehand.
❌ AI POLICY
• I do NOT consent in any way to my art being used, altered, trained, or imitated by AI — including my art style.
🔞 NSFW
• I can depict your character nude and accept certain types of sexual content.
• However, explicit poses, sexual relationships, or specific scenarios may be refused depending on their nature and level of sexualization.
• I do not create combined fetishes and reserve the right to refuse any request I deem too explicit, inappropriate, or outside my artistic boundaries.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I learn that you are under 18 years old. If this information is disclosed or discovered after the order has been placed, you will be blacklisted from all future commissions.
